Return Policy
Section 1 - Returns for Refund
Please initiate your refund request by sending an email to contact@emakujitia.fr.
Our dedicated customer service representative will respond promptly with the appropriate return address.
Ensure that your product is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit, preferably in its original packaging.
Print and include the purchase invoice with the returned product.
Shipping fees are at your expense. Please send the package to the specified address provided via email, while retaining proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt, our team will thoroughly inspect the product. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed in the form of online store credit on the original mode of payment.
Note: The returned product must remain intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by accessories and instruction manuals. Items returned in a used, incomplete, damaged, or soiled condition will not be accepted. Make sure your package includes a customer number and order number.
Certain items, such as worn wigs, hairpieces, accessories (caps, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), and massage gloves, are excluded from our return and exchange policy due to hygiene reasons.
Section 2 - Returns for Exchange
Follow the steps outlined in the return for refund process.
Upon receipt of your package, our team will assess its condition. If it meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the exchange of the product(s) based on available stock.
Section 3 - Damaged or Non-Conforming Product
If you receive a damaged product:
Document the damages by taking photographs that clearly display the package number, compromised content, and packaging.
Send the images to contact@emakujitia.fr. An advisor will promptly provide you with the necessary steps for an exchange.
Section 4 - Order Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of payment, but prior to shipment.
If your package has already been shipped, please wait for its receipt before initiating a return process in accordance with our refund or exchange policy (Sections 1 and 2).
To initiate a return after receiving the order, please contact our customer service via email at contact@emakujitia.fr within 14 days of receiving the order.
After submitting the return request, you have a period of 14 days to return the specified products.
Section 5 - Refund
Refunds may take up to 20 days to be reflected on your statement. We will only refund to the same mode of payment used by the customer.

How to return or exchange an item?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return the product (s) intact and complete in their original packaging.
Return for refund
1- Email us at the following address contact@emakujitia.com your refund request.
2- A customer service representative will take your request into account and send you an email in which you will be given the return address.
3- Prepare your product for return: pack it as far as possible so that it is protected during transport, ideally in the original package.
4- Print the purchase invoice and slip it with your product.
5- Shipping costs are your responsibility. Send your package only to the address that will be communicated to you by email, making sure to obtain proof of postage (EMAKUJITIA cannot be held responsible for lost packages):
6- Upon receipt of your package by our team, the product is systematically checked. If it meets the return conditions, we will refund the original payment method via the creation of an online credit note.
ATTENTION:
- The returned product must be intact, in its original packaging, along with its accessories and instructions. Items returned open, incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
- A returned package without a customer number and / or order number cannot be processed.
- For reasons of hygiene, wigs and hairpieces that have been worn, accessories (hats, scarves, combs, brushes, Curlformers, etc.), massage gloves are not neither returned nor exchanged.
Return with Exchange
1- Send your product by following the return steps for refund.
2- Upon receipt of your package by our team: The product is systematically checked. If it meets the return conditions, we will ship the product (s) requested in exchange depending on the available stock
Parcel, damaged or non-compliant product
If you notice once your package has been received that a product has been damaged:
1- Take pictures. The parcel number, the poor condition of the contents and the packaging of the parcel must be visible.
2- Send everything to contact@emakujitia.com, an advisor will contact you in the most short deadlines for the exchange procedure.
