How to create a customer account?

To create a customer account, nothing could be simpler: place your cursor on the symbol representing the customer account at the top right of the home page and click on “Create an account”

Enter your first name, last name, email address and finally create a password. To finish, validate by clicking on the “Create” button.

You will receive confirmation of your account registration by email.

Please note, you can only have one customer account on Emakujitia.fr

I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on “ Forgot your password?” on the login page. You will need to provide your email address and click "Send" to receive an email with a link (note: this email may take some time to reach you and may appear in your spam/junk folder) . Please note that the link can only be used once.

Upon receipt, click on the link in the reset email. You will then be prompted to enter a new password. You will be able to use this new password to log in to your Emakujitia account.

Are my login details secure on Emakujitia.fr?

In accordance with our data protection policy, your identifiers are secure on our site and we will never use them under any circumstances.

However, we recommend that you choose a complex password that is different from your different personal accounts.

How do I permanently delete my customer account?

To delete your customer account, please send a request to contact@emakujitia.fr .

We can only delete your account under certain conditions:

  • You do not have an order being processed
  • You are not waiting for a refund

If your account does not meet one of the conditions above, we will not be able to process your request immediately. As soon as possible, we invite you to resolve the existing problems. For any pending refunds or new orders awaiting delivery, we ask you to be patient. If you have placed an order, your account will be deleted once the right of withdrawal period ends.

What payment methods are offered on Emakujitia.fr?

We offer you different solutions to pay for your order. All of these payment methods are secure and at no additional cost:

  • Bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue
  • PayPal

Good to know: payment in installments is not currently offered.

Are payments secure on Emakujitia.fr?

Payment on Emakujitia.fr is perfectly secure. All the information you provide to us during your payment is protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. We do not have access to your banking data under any circumstances; they are transferred in an encrypted and secure manner to our banking partner.

To save you time, you can save your credit card details for your next visit. You can delete these details at any time by going to your customer account.

How do I cancel my order?

Did you order the wrong item? Have you changed your mind ? Do not panic !

If your order has not yet been prepared, you can still cancel it. The cancellation deadline is 24 hours after the order. To do this, all you need to do is send us, within 24 hours of your order, an email to contact@emakujitia.fr and indicate in this email your order cancellation request. If the cancellation deadline has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. In accordance with our returns policy, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it. To make a cancellation or return request, simply send an email to contact@emakujitia.fr . A customer service representative will take your request into account.

Important to know:

  • It is not possible to reverse a cancellation. You can always place a new order.
  • Orders placed with a promo code can only be canceled in full.
  • No change of address is possible after validation of an order. You can always cancel the order in question and place a new one with a different address.

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

As soon as you validate your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

In order to receive your confirmation email, remember to check your “Spam” folder. Also remember to check the email address you provided to register on Emakujitia.fr.

If after these checks you cannot find the confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will do everything possible to help you at contact@emakujitia.fr .

What are the delivery times ?

The processing and shipping time for orders is 2 to 5 days (business days ) but 97% of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours .

Please note that orders can take 12-25 working days for France from the date of dispatch and 20-30 working days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed , depending on the final destination of the order. But in the vast majority, our orders are delivered within 14 days of purchase.

 

How much are the delivery costs?

Standard delivery is free when your order exceeds €65. For orders under €65, the standard delivery charge is €2.90.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you decide to return your order.

I want to change my delivery address, how do I do it?

No change of address can be made after order validation. You can cancel the order in question and place a new one with a different address.

You can add or modify your contact details in your customer account.

Why can my order be delivered in several packages?

For logistical reasons, your order may be delivered in several packages.

In this case, an email will be sent to you for each package shipped.

I am absent at the time of delivery, what should I do?

When you place an order on Emakujitia, it is strongly recommended that you indicate your telephone number, in order to allow the carrier to contact you. You will be able to agree on a new delivery date or give any other instructions.

If you choose delivery to a relay point, you have 14 working days to pick it up, after this time, your package will be returned to us.

What are the return conditions?

In accordance with our returns policy, send your product following the return steps for refund.

When our team receives your package, the product is systematically checked. If it meets the return conditions, we will refund it to the original payment method by creating an online credit note.

When will I receive my refund?

It may take up to 14 days for your return to be fully processed.

Your refund will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It will take a maximum of 14 days between receipt of your package and processing of the return.

We will send you a refund confirmation email.

The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 working days or on your PayPal account within 48 hours.
