How to create a customer account?
To create a customer account, nothing could be simpler: place your cursor over the customer account symbol at the top right of the home page and click on “Create an account”
Enter your first and last name, email address, and finally, create a password. Finally, confirm by clicking the "Create" button.
You will receive an email confirming your account registration.
Please note, you can only have one customer account on Emakujitia.fr.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, simply click " Forgot your password?" on the login page. You will need to provide your email address and click "Send" to receive an email with a link (note: this email may take some time to arrive and may appear in your spam/junk folder). Please note that the link can only be used once.
Upon receipt, click the link in the reset email. You will then be prompted to enter a new password. You can use this new password to log in to your Emakujitia account.
Are my login details secure on Emakujitia.fr?
In accordance with our data protection policy, your login details are secure on our site and we will never use them under any circumstances.
However, we recommend that you choose a complex password that is different from your various personal accounts.
How do I permanently delete my customer account?
To delete your customer account, please send a request to contact@emakujitia.fr .
We may delete your account only under certain conditions:
- You have no orders being processed
- You are not waiting for a refund
If your account does not meet one of the above conditions, we will not be able to process your request immediately. We encourage you to resolve any existing issues as soon as possible. For any pending refunds or new orders awaiting delivery, we ask that you be patient. If you have placed an order, your account will be deleted once the right of withdrawal period has expired.
What payment methods are offered on Emakujitia.fr?
We offer a variety of payment options for your order. All of these payment methods are secure and free of charge:
- Bank card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Carte Bleue
- PayPal
Good to know: payment in installments is not currently offered.
Are payments secure on Emakujitia.fr?
Payment on Emakujitia.fr is completely secure. All information you provide during checkout is protected and encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. We have no access to your banking information; it is transferred securely and encrypted to our banking partner.
To save you time, you can save your credit card details for your next visit. You can delete these details at any time by going to your customer account.
How do I cancel my order?
Ordered the wrong item? Changed your mind? Don't panic!
If your order has not yet been prepared, you can still cancel it. The cancellation period is 24 hours after placing the order. To do so, simply send us an email to contact@emakujitia.fr within 24 hours of placing your order, and indicate your order cancellation request in the email. If the cancellation period has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel your order. In accordance with our returns policy, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return it. To request a cancellation or return, simply send an email to contact@emakujitia.fr . A customer service representative will take your request into account.
Important to know:
- It is not possible to reverse a cancellation. You can always place a new order.
- Orders placed with a promo code can only be cancelled in their entirety.
- No address changes are possible after an order has been confirmed. You can always cancel the order in question and place a new one with a different address.
How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
As soon as you confirm your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
To ensure you receive your confirmation email, please check your "Spam" folder. Also, remember to check the email address you provided to register on Emakujitia.fr.
If after these checks you cannot find the confirmation email, do not hesitate to contact our customer service who will do everything possible to help you at contact@emakujitia.fr .
What are the delivery times?
Order processing and shipping time is 2-5 (business) days but 97% of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours .
Please note that orders can take 8 to 20 business days for France from the shipping date and 20 to 30 business days for the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination of the order. However, the vast majority of our orders are delivered within 14 days of purchase.
How much are the delivery costs?
Standard delivery is free when your order exceeds €65. For orders under €65, the standard delivery charge is €2.90.
Please note that shipping costs are not refunded if you decide to return your order.
I would like to change my delivery address, how do I do this?
No address changes can be made after an order has been validated. You can cancel the order in question and place a new one with a different address.
You can add or modify your contact details in your customer account.
Why might my order be delivered in several packages?
For logistical reasons, your order may be delivered in several packages.
In this case, an email will be sent to you for each package shipped.
I will be absent at the time of delivery, what should I do?
When ordering from Emakujitia, it is strongly recommended that you provide your phone number so the carrier can contact you. This will allow you to arrange a new delivery date or provide any other instructions.
If you choose delivery to a relay point, you have 14 working days to collect it, after which time your package will be returned to us.
What are the return conditions?
There are no prerequisites for making a return. If the product does not suit you, does not match its description, or for any other reason, you have the right to return it to us. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to submit your return request directly from your customer area. A return label will be sent to you within 2 days of your request.
As soon as our team receives your package, we will process your refund, either via your initial payment method or in the form of an online credit note.
Please just make sure the product is returned in its original condition: new, unused and unworn.
When will I receive my refund?
It may take up to 14 days to fully process your return.
Your refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to purchase the returned items. It will take a maximum of 14 days from the time you receive your package to the time your return is processed.
We will send you a refund confirmation email.
The refund will then be visible on your bank statement within 5 working days or on your PayPal account within 48 hours.
