Shipping policy


To ensure that your package will be delivered correctly and that you receive it on time as we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and that it includes all relevant and / or required information. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to a separate processing time with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Orders take 2-5 business days to process and ship, but 97% of our orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are free from € 30. Shipping costs below € 30 are non-refundable. If you decline a shipment from EMAKUJITIA, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

DELIVERY DECLARATIONS

We take no responsibility for packages that have been flagged as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms delivery.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If your order includes more than one item and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you to your original method of payment for items not in stock. Please note that it is possible to receive several packages for the same order if it is composed of several articles.
