To place an order, simply add your items to the basket and then validate it. Once on the payment page, two options are presented to you. You will have the choice between:

• Proceed to express payment by PayPal

• Either create an account in order to pay by credit card

After selecting the option of your choice, simply let yourself be guided until your payment is validated.

After your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. A second email will be sent to you to inform you of the shipment
of your package.

In order to properly receive these various emails, remember to check your “Spam” folder. Also remember to check the accuracy and correct spelling of your email.

Delivery time is 10 to 20 working days, starting from the day following the day the buyer placed their order. Note, however, that 97% of our orders are delivered within 12 working days of your order.

If after 30 days after your order, you still have not received your package, a refund can be made to you upon a simple request from you (request by email to the following email address: contact@emakujitia.fr ) .
In addition to your refund, you will have the right to keep your order once it is delivered to you (in fact, even in the event of a delay, our orders are always delivered). However, this scenario is extremely rare, this is for information purposes only.

For logistical reasons, it may happen that your
order is delivered in several packages.

In this case, don't worry, an e-mail will be sent to you for each package shipped.
